Paul is a partner in the firm and is admitted to both the State and Federal Courts in Rhode Island.  Paul’s primary areas of practice are in Probate and Estate Litigation, Real Estate Title and Litigation, Divorce, Tax and General Business Litigation.    He is an experienced litigator and trial attorney with considerable business and estate planning experience.

Paul is a frequent lecturer to both the Rhode Island Bar Association and other affiliated continuing legal education associations.  He was born in Providence, Rhode Island and attended the Moses Brown School.  He has been practicing in Rhode Island for more than 30 years, having been admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1983 after graduating the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1983 and then receiving his Master’s Degree in tax law from Boston University School of Law in 1984.   Paul received his bachelor of arts cum laude from Marlboro College in 1977.
